What if I've never lifted before?
Perfect time to start. Romario builds the program around your starting point. The app has demo videos, cueing notes, and form-review uploads so you learn the basics properly.
How long until I see results?
Most clients feel stronger and more energized within 2–3 weeks. Visible body composition change typically shows up in 6–12 weeks with consistent training and nutrition.
Do I need a gym?
No. Romario writes programs around the equipment you actually have access to — full commercial gym, garage setup, hotel room dumbbells, or bodyweight only.
What if I travel a lot?
The app goes with you. Programs flex around travel weeks, and you can swap sessions to fit any equipment you find on the road. Just message Romario and he'll adjust.
How is this different from online programs I have tried before?
Most online programs are templates. This is coaching — a real person who knows your goals, watches your form, adjusts your plan weekly, and replies when you message. The app is the delivery mechanism; the coaching is the product.
